Details on the Win Win Win Game and Odds

According to the Pennsylvania Lottery’s latest announcement, a shop in Philadelphia sold the $1 million scratch-off ticket. While the winner has not yet redeemed the prize, lottery officials did share a few key details about the game. The ticket was for the Win Win Win scratch-off game, which offers top prizes of $1 million. A ticket costs $30, officials clarified.

At launch, the Win Win Win game featured five $1 million top prizes. As of this writing, only two of those remain unclaimed. The game lists the overall odds of winning any prize—including break-even prizes—at 1 in 3.12.

Retailer Bonus and Tax Information

The Pennsylvania Lottery also revealed that the winning $1 million ticket was sold at Ennie Inc., located at 5647 Walnut St. in Philadelphia. The store will receive a $5,000 incentive bonus for selling the ticket, officials confirmed. Like all prizes over $5,000, this $1 million windfall is subject to applicable tax withholding.

In the meantime, other players across the state have also been scoring big with the lottery. Last month, a Pennsylvania player won a staggering $1.63 million from the state’s Match 6 Lotto game after matching all six winning numbers in one drawing. As of that announcement, that winner had also not yet come forward to claim the prize.

In July, a very lucky Pennsylvania woman experienced a $1.5 million windfall after winning the top prize on the $30 $1,500,000 Super Star scratch-off game. Speaking with lottery officials, she said she plans to use her newfound fortune to purchase a new home.
