ICONIC21 to open Vilnius studio and office, creating more than 350 jobs
ICONIC21 Expands to Vilnius with New Studio and Office
The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)-licensed provider has appointed a country manager and started recruitment as it establishes Vilnius as its second production hub alongside Bucharest. Live casino content providers have been accelerating studio expansion across Central and Eastern Europe in response to growing demand for dedicated and localized production capacity.
On 1 September 2026, ICONIC21 announced plans to open a new office and studio facility in Vilnius, Lithuania, creating more than 350 jobs and appointing Rokas Benetis as country manager.
New Facility to Span 1,400 Square Metres Across Two Floors
ICONIC21 – which reports operating in 150 countries and featuring across more than 15,000 brands worldwide – will occupy two full floors, combining studio facilities and office space over more than 1,400 square metres. The company says it plans to focus on working with local talent, offering iGaming career opportunities for young professionals and individuals looking to develop their skills in an international business environment.
More than 350 positions will be created, with recruitment already under way. Current openings include game presenter and studio technician roles. ICONIC21 says it is seeking motivated people who want to learn and grow – whether at the start of their career or moving into a new field – and that no prior experience is required for studio roles.
The company cited Vilnius’s talent pool, modern business ecosystem, and growing reputation as a destination for international investment as reasons for choosing the location. It expects the facility to serve as a key operational hub as it strengthens its European presence. Lithuania’s Gaming Control Authority reported gross gambling revenue of €274.1 million in 2025, a 13% year-on-year increase.
Rokas Benetis Appointed Country Manager
ICONIC21 has appointed Rokas Benetis as country manager for Lithuania, giving stakeholders a localized representative. Benetis has already established the operation’s core management team and is overseeing preparations for the next phase of growth and recruitment.
Rokas Benetis, country manager at ICONIC21, said: “Vilnius is a dynamic and rapidly growing city that draws ambitious, talented people. That is precisely why we chose it for the next stage of our growth. Here we are building an environment where people can start their careers, grow quickly and take on real responsibility from day one. Whether it is a first step into the job market, work alongside studies or a new professional challenge, we want ICONIC21 to be a place where people grow.”
Company Background and Expansion Context
Alongside the Lithuanian development, the provider says it is evaluating further expansion at its Romanian headquarters and in other markets. The Vilnius opening follows a period of active commercial expansion: in August 2026, ICONIC21 appointed Gary Francis as director of business development, and in June 2026 it took its live casino portfolio live with Novibet across nine regulated markets.
