Celebrity Chefs Announced for $8,400-per-head Bellagio Fountain Club at F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix
Bellagio Fountain Club Returns for 2026 F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix With Star-Studded Chef Lineup
The Bellagio Fountain Club is set to return for the 2026 F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, bringing together an impressive roster of celebrity chefs and bartenders from November 19 to 21, 2026. Once again, temporary grandstands will be constructed over the Bellagio lagoon to house this exclusive hospitality venue. While this setup provides unparalleled trackside access for race fans, it also temporarily disrupts one of the Strip’s most popular free attractions—the Bellagio fountains—for the thousands of tourists visiting Las Vegas unaware of the race schedule. Returning Celebrity Chefs for 2026
MGM Resorts has confirmed a core group of returning chefs for this year’s event. The lineup includes culinary heavyweights such as José Andrés, David Chang, Mario Carbone, Jean‑Georges Vongerichten, Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Mina, and brothers Michael and Bryan Voltaggio. Several of these chefs have participated since the inaugural race and are expected to reprise or adapt their most popular dishes from previous years. Guests can look forward to caviar-focused plates from Michael Mina and collaborative brisket offerings from Jean‑Georges Vongerichten and Masaharu Morimoto.

New Culinary Talent Joins the Roster
This year’s event also expands with several exciting new participants. Executive chef Eleazar Villanueva will represent Joël Robuchon, the two-Michelin-star French restaurant located at MGM Grand. San Francisco chef David Nayfeld will participate from Che Fico, a restaurant recognized by the World’s 50 Best Discovery list.
TV competition winners are also confirmed, including Maneet Chauhan (Food Network’s Tournament of Champions), Rhoda Magbitang (Top Chef 2026), and Britt Rescigno (Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay). Japan’s Yoroniku, another World’s 50 Best Discovery restaurant, will join the lineup, as will Adept Hospitality’s Sushi Bar—offering an omakase experience served directly by the chef.
Cocktail Program and Additional Vendors
The cocktail program will feature drinks prepared by bar expert Shingo Gokan, whose venue Sip & Guzzle was named North America’s No. 1 bar for 2026. Also participating are New York City bars Superbueno and Schmuck, both recognized by World’s 50 Best Discovery. Additional participating venues include The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, Gymkhana at Aria, Zuma at The Cosmopolitan, and the upcoming Bellagio restaurant The Corner Store.
Event Structure and Pricing
The Fountain Club is designed as a multi-tiered hospitality space offering trackside views. Instead of a traditional sit-down dinner, guests move freely between individual chef stations. There, chefs prepare small plates and signature dishes throughout the evening. As one observer noted, the Vegas buffet may not be dead—it has simply evolved.
Three-night passes for the Bellagio Fountain Club start at $8,400 per person, inclusive of tax and fees, and are sold through MGM Resorts and Ticketmaster. Tickets include access to all chef and bar stations, as well as designated viewing areas overlooking the race. The venue has sold out for three consecutive race weekends since the Las Vegas Grand Prix launched.
